Loved the spacious room with a fantastic view of the square! 🌆 The staff were super nice and helpful. But watch out, the street noise can be a bit much at times.

Centrally located near Plaza Santo Domingo.
My room was plagued by a constant, bright light from the smoke detector that flashed every few seconds. This made it impossible to find a comfortable sleeping position, leaving me chronically tired. Additionally, the street noise was unbearable, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the space at all during my three-night stay.

Spacious rooms with exceptional views of the square enhance the experience, along with daily fresh towels and a welcoming atmosphere from the friendly staff. Breakfast on the upper floor offers nice vistas and a decent variety, while the proximity to restaurants provides convenience after a long day of exploration. However, the noise from the street may be a concern for some, and the limited dining options within the hotel itself could be improved.

We had a spacious double room with mesmerizing views of Santo Domingo Square. Perfect for our family of four, the friendly staff even organized an airport pickup for us late at night. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance.
My wife says that more breakfast variety would be great.

The property boasts a lovely view from the dining area, where the breakfast includes delicious crêpes and fresh fruit. The staff is exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. However, the noise from the street can be quite distracting at times, and the limited breakfast variety may not appeal to all guests. Additionally, the absence of an elevator makes navigating the stairs cumbersome, especially with luggage.
